If you do feel that your health is deteriorating you may want to visit the Student Advice service to speak with an advisor. You can find us on the third floor of the Students' Union.
 
Alternatively, you may benefit from attending an SDS Wellbeing Workshop - these are available to all students at Cardiff University.
