Work with us

Cardiff Students’ Union (CSU) is at the heart of Cardiff student life. That means that the SU is here to support students to thrive and to have their backs when things don’t go as planned, all within a safe, inclusive space where students can be who they want to be. That’s why we’re looking for outstanding people who are willing to go the extra mile and put their heart and soul into what they do.

An award winning organisation

CSU was recently voted 2nd place in the UK in the WhatUni Student Choice Awards 2022 for best Students’ Union and consistently graded in the top five for student satisfaction in the UK by students.

Gender Pay Gap Report

The gender pay gap is as an equality measure that shows the difference in average earnings between women and men. The legislation surrounding the issue requires employers with 250 or more employees to publish statutory calculations. For us here at Cardiff University Students’ Union, it is an opportunity to continue ensuring we are an equal and diverse workforce.
