If you're a student looking for a spare room to move in-to this is the page for you.

Please be aware that the Students' Union provides this service in good faith, but cannot verify the quality of the accommodation or suitability of the students listed below.

To add yourself to this housing list, simply fill in the House Hunting List Application Form at the bottom of this webpage.

If you're taking someone's place on an existing tenancy agreement, you will be legally bound to that contract. We would strongly suggest you read our  Signing a Contract  page before agreeing to take anyones place on an existing tenancy agreement. It would be a good idea to ask why the existing tenant is leaving.

If you're looking to leave an existing tenancy, you will usually need the permission of the landlord or managing agent, together with every other tenant within the property, where they appear on your tenancy agreement. The landlord/agent should not charge a change of contract fee. Please see our  Holding Fees & Prohibited Payments page for further information.

Hi all, I'm a Leicester 4th year student hoping to study in Cardiff next year and I could really do with somewhere to live! My budget is probably £350 per month on rent and I could do with being near the hospital but I'm not too fussy. I'm pretty tidy and a flatmate an I can cook if that helps. So if anyone has a room they need someone in, just drop me an email.
