Following the Couch to 5K programme, our weekly beginner’s session is set to support runners with little to no experience. This easy group run will help you stick with your new habit to eventually participate in our celebratory 5K social run and earn a certificate of athleticism after only 8 weeks of training. There is also a 5k to 10k session for anyone that can already run 5k without stopping and would like to train to run further, in a friendly and supportive environment with other people that are relatively new to running. This takes place at 18:30, meeeting outside the SU gym on Senghennydd Road.
