Politics Sports
Cardiff University Politics Society hosts three sports teams- Netball, Football (7 a side) and Rugby. All teams compete in the University's intra-mural sports league (IMG) on a regular basis, as well as hold weekly training sessions.
The 22/23 season has been great for PolSoc, including:
- Football A finishing 5th in the top division
- Football B finishing in 3rd in their league
- Netball A has the highest goal difference in the whole league and also brought home some silverware in the IMG tournament
- Rugby making the IMG playoffs
Participation in each team is open to all Politics Society Members and is a great way to join a sports team without the more intensive side of BUCS.
