Join Our Couch to 5K Program!

Our beginner’s sessions are perfect for those new to running or looking to get started. This relaxed and supportive group run will help you build consistency and prepare you for our celebratory 5K social run. After just 8 weeks of training, you’ll earn a certificate of achievement! Sessions times are TBC for 2025/26, meeting outside the SU gym on Senghennydd Road.

If you can already run 5K non-stop and want to focus on building speed and endurance, why not try out our endurance sessions. Sunday Long Runs

Looking for an additional challenge? Join us for a weekly long run every Sunday at 9:00 AM, starting from the same spot outside the SU gym on Senghennydd Road. It’s a great way to build endurance and enjoy running with others.
