AGM Motion Proposal Portal
From 10am on Monday 13th November to 4pm on Wednesday 15th November students will have the opportunity to vote on which of the submitted motions they would like to see debated at this years’ AGM. The top five motions, and any motions which cannot reviewed by another committee, will then be selected for debate at the AGM. Any other submitted motions will be added to the Union’s Ideas platform for potential consideration by Student Senate.
This priority ballot is to determine the motions you wish to see debated at AGM. By casting an ‘up vote’ you are stating that you wish to see the motion debated at AGM, by casting a ‘down vote’ you are stating that you wish not to see the motion debated. Please remember that this priority ballot is about determining which motions you want to see debated, this is not about determining whether or not you agree with the motion. The number you can see on the priority ballot is the number of up votes minus the number of down votes, and it is this number that will determine the top 5 motions. The top 5 motions at the close of voting will be the 5 motions to be discussed at AGM.
O 10yb ar ddydd Llun 13eg Tachwedd i 4yh ar ddydd Mercher 15fed Tachwedd bydd gan fyfyrwyr y cyfle i bleidleisio ar ba gynigion a gyflwynwyd sy’n cael eu trafod yn CCB eleni. Bydd y pump cynnig sy’n dod i’r brig, ac unrhyw cynnig na all cael eu hadolygu gan bwyllgor arall, yn cael eu dewis am drafodaeth yn y CCB. Bydd unrhyw gynigion arall a gyflwynwyd yn cael eu hychwanegu at blatfform syniadau’r Undeb am ystyriaeth posib gan y Senedd Myfyrwyr.
Mae’r bleidlais flaenoriaeth yma ar gyfer penderfynu pa gynigion hoffech weld yn cael eu trafod yn y CCB. Trwy fwrw ‘pleidlais i fyny' rydych yn datgan eich bod am weld y cynnig yn cael ei drafod yn y CCB, trwy fwrw ‘pleidlais i lawr' rydych yn datgan nad ydych yn dymuno gweld y cynnig yn cael ei drafod. Cofiwch fod y bleidlais flaenoriaeth yma ar gyfer datgan a hoffech drafod cynnig, nid ar gyfer datgan os ydych yn cytuno neu’n anghytuno â chynnig. Y rhif rydych chi’n ei weld ar y bleidlais flaenoriaeth yw’r nifer o bleidleisiau i fyny minws y pleidleisiau i lawr, a dyma’r rhif fydd yn penderfynu’r 5 cynnig sy’n dod i’r brig. Y 5 cynnig sydd ar y brig pan mae pleidleisio’n cau bydd y 5 cynnig sy’n cael eu trafod yn y CCB.
