  • To improve your understanding of the graduate recruitment process.
  • To understand and reflect on your strengths and abilities.
  • You will receive a digital certificate that can be printed out and used on LinkedIn.
  • It will go on your Higher Education Achievement Record for employers to see (not applicable to Research Postgraduate students).

The Cardiff Award

“I recommend the Cardiff Award to all students, no matter what stage you are at in planning your future. If you have a clear goal, the Cardiff Award will help you to achieve it. If your future isn’t clear yet, it will enable you to explore your options, work on a plan, and achieve your potential.”
