Self-Help Support Groups

The self-help groups support students with eating disorders and are held every Thursday, 6.15-7.15pm, in the boardroom at Cardiff University Students’ Union. The groups have two trained, student facilitators present to ensure a safe environment for pro-recovery discussion.

Sikh Helpline

Sikh Helpline is a professional and confidential telephone counselling and email inquiry service where you can get help, advice, counselling and information on Sikhism and cultural issues including:

  • Bullying and Racism
  • Discrimination within the work place
  • Relationship Issues
  • Domestic Violence and Abuse
  • Addiction (Smoking/Drinking/Drugs)
  • Problems at school or home
  • Issues regarding Articles of faith

Sikh Coaching

Applying the teachings of the Sikh Gurus, Sikh Coaching offers coach-mentoring to individuals, groups, families, organizations, executives, and leaders from all walks of life, and giving them tools to choose their own change and realization that they are “Self as Instrument.”

Coaching enables individuals, couples, families & organizations to discover their hidden greatness, such that mental, emotional psychological and spiritual blocks can be cleared with ease and velocity, enabling people to have authentic, romantic, sacred and intimate relationships-for-life.

Sikh Coaching Ltd also hosts a weekly conference call which looks at global issues, and the coaching from international special guests trained in different areas of coach-mentoring. It is a fantastic way to learn more about the model of Sikh Coaching as well as other forms of Coaching, and the techniques can be applied and used in our own lives.
