Event Information

The City of Cardiff Concert Band (also known as Cardiff Windband Society) is Cardiff's only non-auditioned community windband. We are entirely student lead but open to all wind and percussion players regardless of student staus! We're a really relaxed and friendly band who just play for fun. We also host regular socials and concerts and have lots of events planned for this semester, including hosting the South West Universities Concert Band Festival for the first time, an Easter Residential (stay tuned for more info) and our annual Spring Concert, as well as more celebrations for our 20th Anniversary Year.

We rehearse every Wednesday evening from 6pm to 8pm in room 3C/D on 3rd floor of Cardiff SU and have weekly trips to the pub.
