Join Rebecca, your Mental Health Officer, on Sunday 22nd January to bust some of those January blues. Throughout the day, we're doing a wellbeing takeover of the SU building to provide calming spaces, workshops, yoga, meditation and more. Come and unwind for the day to help rebuild a positive mindset ahead of the new Spring term.

If you're feeling creative, drop into one of our open sessions including: 

  • Journaling
  • Creating mood boards
  • Adult drawing
  • Proudest achievement discussion
  • Knitting
  • Crocheting

There will also be plenty of access to help and advice on the day. Our Student Advice service will be running drop-in sessions and our Student Led Services will be on hand to chat.
