The Big Blues Buster
Join Rebecca, your Mental Health Officer, on Sunday 22nd January to bust some of those January blues. Throughout the day, we're doing a wellbeing takeover of the SU building to provide calming spaces, workshops, yoga, meditation and more. Come and unwind for the day to help rebuild a positive mindset ahead of the new Spring term.

- Skills Development workshops on positive image and setting goals
- Yoga
- Meditation
- Mental Health First Aider taster session
- Adult colouring
- Journaling

There will also be plenty of access to help and advice on the day. Our Student Advice service will be running drop-in sessions and our Student Led Services will be on hand to chat.
