Surf socials are some of the most chilled within the AU but our social sec Alex 'Twibs' Twibill and events sec Matilda Pope know how to get us all moving with games throughout the night before ending in Yolo. 

We host a range of sober socials alongside Wednesday nights at Yolo. Last year we ran regular morning swims at Penarth, Yoga at Womb, alongside regular trips to local breaks across South Wales.  

We have plans to branch out further this year with parkruns, fishing trips and the odd bouldering trip. 

Every Wednesday social will have a theme, members are encouraged to come in costume and commit to the bit

themes include 

Sea life, charity shop, dress as your type, magic mike and 2000's

Come along in your best or worst outfits

Absolutely no surfing experience required; however, you must be comfortable in the water and able to swim short distances. All kit provided and a short lesson will be given by other students to teach you the basics of how to stand on the board.
