Aikido is a subtle, yet highly effective Japanese martial art. It is ideal for those who wish to improve whole-body coordination, agility and flexibility. Perfect if you want to learn practical self-defence techniques and improve your overall dexterity.
Training Times (starting week beginning 2nd October):

Newcomers are welcome at any training sessions. We welcome new students throughout the year!
Training is £45 for the entire year! We do not charge weekly mat fees! We also offer a semester of training for £25. Your first session is free, if you would like to come and give aikido a try!
If for some reason you paid and you want your money back, well:
Refund Policy: Membership refunds are available within the first two weeks of purchase if you haven't attended any sessions in that time.
