We are Expression Dance, your CONTEMPORARY DANCE SOCIETY of Cardiff!
Our selection of memberships will grant you FREE ACCESS to our calendar, which includes weekly classes (all the way from Novice to Advanced), a weekly fitness class, weekly socials, Christmas/Summer balls, annual Tour abroad (stay tuned for 2026!), and so much more!
Memberships
Full Membership:
Year long full access to free dance classes, weekly socials, fitness & wellbeing classes, as well as opportunity to audition, perform, and compete.
Socials, Fitness, Well-being Membership:
Year long access to everything we offer, excluding dance! Weekly (very fun) socials, semesterly balls, weekly fitness classes, and monthly well-being sessions.
Semester One Membership:
A more affordable upfront cost to full access for the society - partnered with Semester two membership after Christmas!

Overview
Dance:
Every year we compete in 3 competitions, during which our dancers collect a whole range of trophies! Our members also perform in showcases at the Students Union, and round every year off with our very own EXPRESSION SHOWCASE!!
Social:
But we’re not all about dance… EVERYONE IS WELCOME in Expression. With weekly socials, semesterly balls, bi-monthly wellbeing sessions and much more to come, there’s plenty for those that don’t dance! The highlight of the Expression calendar, our TOUR ABROAD with members going to Barcelona in 2023, Krakow in 2024, and Lisbon in 2025. I wonder where we’ll end up this year…
