Event Information
What it involves:
Rifle Shooting involves shooting live ammunition at a range of 25 yards, trying to score the best score possible out of 100. Our expert coaches will guide you through range safety, operating a .22 rifle, and how to get the best score possible. You should expect to be at the range for around 2 hours, and in this time you will be able to shoot up to 20 rounds of live ammunition.
Transport:
Transport to the range in Penarth will be provided either in the form of a bus, car, or a train. We will make sure that you are completely confident with where you need to go and what you need to do, and any reasonable transport expense will be covered.

If you wish to come join us on a Wednesday or a Saturday, all you need to do is buy one of the two packages available, located at the top of this page. After that, a member of the Rifle Committee will be in touch with you to organise your session!
Session Cost
There are two options, which are both available to students, and can be found at the top of the screen and outlined below in detail:
- [General/Complete Package] - £14.99. This includes the cost of Transport, Rifle and Range Hire, 1-on-1 Coaching, and the use of 20 rounds of Ammunition.
- [Student/Savers Package] - £8.99. This includes the cost of Rifle and Range Hire, 1-on-1 Coaching, and the use of 20 rounds of Ammunition. This package does not include transport, and is perfect for those who wish to make their own way down at their own convenience.
