Throws Give it a Go session led by Gwen Lewis, and jumps led by Nahbi Odeh. Takes place at the National Indoor Athletic Centre (NIAC). Contact Throws Captain Beth Moule or Jumps Captain Nahbi Odeh with any questions!
For info about access to the track, see the page at https://www.cardiffstudents.com/activities/sport/athletics/facilities/ for instructions. Getting onto the track costs £6 for a single session but a year-long membership can be purchased by club members.
