Law Society's annual 'Diversity and Inclusion Event’ will be held at the Temple of Peace on Monday 11th December 2023 between 1700-2000.
The event:
This event aims to promote and celebrate diversity within the legal field by allowing guest speakers, representing the wider interests of women, LGBTQ+ and BAME community members, to speak about their professional achievements and experiences working in and around the legal profession.
How the event will run:
The first hour will be a networking session with solicitors, barristers, partners and other representatives from attending law firms and chambers. Food and refreshments will also be provided. This will be followed by a series of panel sessions. Panel sessions will consist of a brief summary of each panellists’ professional achievements and experience followed by a Q&A session whereby audience members are invited to anonymously submit questions.
