In collaboration with Cardiff University Law Society, join Cardiff University Conservatives for the next instalment of their InConversation! webinar series, where they'll be joined by the Secretary of State for Justice and Lord Chancellor, the Rt. Hon. Robert Buckland QC MP.
Currently serving in Boris Johnson's Cabinet as Secretary of State for Justice and Lord Chancellor, Robert Buckland QC has held a number of prominent roles within the judicial community. From being first elected in 2010 and selected to the House of Commons' Justice Select Committee to being appointed the Solicitor General for England and Wales by then-PM David Cameron, Buckland's career in politics as a renown barrister has spanned decades.
Join us for an indepth discussion about his time as a barrister and career as Secretary of State for Justice.
