Sean Strong, your VP of Postgraduate Students, has secured funding for a second coach! Tickets will go on sale from Friday 23^rd January at 12 noon. These tickets have now sold out.

Before purchasing, please ensure that you can attend. If you buy a ticket and do not attend you will not be able to come on future funded trips. This is because we want as many people as possible to benefit from this funding.

Your VP for Postgraduate students at the Students’ Union, Sean, has been able to secure funding for this trip!

The price has been slashed from £38 to just £5.

The stately city of Oxford is renowned for its history, heritage and architecture. Known as the City of dreaming Spires for a reason, its skyline is littered with graceful towers and steeples. And so much of the city is the same is the same as hundreds of years ago; scholars still walk the streets, college traditions are practised and you can punt down the river Cherwell out to the flowering meadows. There’s something for everyone in Oxford; world-renowned museums, a vibrant new shopping centre and all the classic sights; colleges to stroll around, the beautiful bridge of sighs, the magnificent Radcliffe camera…

1. Tickets are heavily subsidised & limited, so we want to ensure that as many people as possible are able to benefit from this trip.

   If you can no-longer attend, you must notify Give it a Go via email by 3pm on Friday 23^rd January, so that we can offer your space to someone else who can benefit. Whilst we will be unable to offer a refund, this ensures that you can attend any potential future funded Give it a Go trips. Our email address is [email protected] and this is the only way to notify us of a cancellation. If you do not notify us, or you notify us after the deadline, you will be unable to attend future funded and discounted Give it a Go trips.

2. The times listed on the event are from when the coach will leave the Student Union in the morning, until an approximate arrival back to Cardiff. You will be asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to departure, for boarding, in order to ensure the coach leaves on time. Arrival times back in Cardiff are subject to traffic, weather and road conditions, which are beyond our control, so we cannot guarantee exact time of arrival.
3. The trips will go ahead regardless of weather conditions, so please do come prepared.This excludes extreme or dangerous weather, where we would of course cancel for your safety.
4. In the event we cancel a trip for any reason, you would be offered the option between a full refund or a rescheduled date (where it is possible to reschedule). 
5. If you will not be catching the return coach, please let your trip leader know. If you will not be catching the outbound coach, please email [email protected] no later than Friday at 5pm before the trip. If you do not do this, your seat may be forfeited.
