Table Tennis Club
Cardiff University's Table Tennis Club is a rapidly growing sports club with 2 Men's and 1 Ladies' team competing against other universities and recreational sessions for anyone to play.
Team Table Tennis
We are holding trials to compete for places in the training squad for the teams which compete in the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) leagues. The details of these will be posted on our Instagram (@cardiffunitt) page. Players within the squad also have the opportunity to play in the annual National BUCS individual championships held in Nottingham.

These are held on:
Friday 19:30-22:30
Saturday 17.00-20:00
Training for BUCS players:
Sunday 12:00-15:00
Socials
We have socials throughout the year at pubs/bars, with some main events such as the Christmas meal. Keep an eye out on the Instagram page for the latest updates on social events!

Memberships
We offer two memberships: a Social Membership which is for players wanting to play socially in the recreational sessions, and the BUCS Membership which is for players wanting to be a part of the Table Tennis team to take part in the BUCS league.
- Social Membership: access to 6 hours of table tennis a week for the year via the recreational sessions, social events and some light coaching.
- BUCS Membership: all benefits of the Social Membership + team training on Sundays with a coach and the opportunity to play for the team in the BUCS league, with matches against other universities Home and Away (transport for away matches will be provided). BUCS members are also required to buy the team shirt.
*Refund policy for membership: if you have purchased a membership but are no longer taking part in any of the table tennis sessions, contact the Athletic Union (details found on their home page) and they will put you in touch with members of our committee who will be happy to refund your membership. All of those regularly attending sessions must be club members.
