CUMT - Cardiff University Mountainbike Team
Hello!
South Wales is one of the greatest mountain biking locations in the UK and joining the Cardiff University Mountain Biking club is the best way to ride it. We will visit all the iconic trail centres but the best stuff is the places you won't have heard of, the local spots that we will take you too.
We run a trip every weekend, local rides or digging on wednesday afternoons and 2 weekends away per term!
Our Socials are every other wednesday and we do a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic events.
There will be plenty of opportunties to get invovled in racing, in both inter-club mates races and events accross south wales!
Want to ride with us? If you have your own safe working bike and wear a helmet, we're happy. Hit us up at the freshers fair or join our pages below!
If you are coming to Cardiff University next year make sure you bring your bike with, you will have space in your room in halls for a bike even if it is a monster DH rig!

Refund Policy
At present all trips are priced as close to cost as possible and as such rely on selling out to keep the club funded. Cancelations for personal reasons may be considered by the committee and will be on a case by case basis - refunds based on having a bike unfit for purpose will generally not be considered. We recommend trying to sell your ticket to another member if you are unable to make a trip and contact the committee once you aware you will be unable to attend so we can also offer this ticket to others wishing to attend. Refunds will NOT be given for BUCs events, we are unable to recoup your entry fee after entries close.
