Want to improve on your coordination, strength, balance, flexibility and overall stamina? Want to know how to look, feel and fight like a ninja?
Whether you want to learn to spar, maintain and improve on your overall fitness or generally have some kickass workout fun, Cardiff University's Kickboxing Club is for you! We've got four training sessions a week with our world-class instructors, including sparring sessions for those interested in semi-contact fighting. Our gradings give you a chance to show off your skills and earn yourself a belt.
The club also hosts loads of great socials throughout the year, from bar crawls to bowling to ice skating, not to mention our grand End of Year Ball.
Whether you're new to the sport or have past experience in any form of martial sport/arts, the club welcomes and invites you to one of the most dedicated, committed and motivating clubs on offer.
