TRAINING

We train every Wednesday and Friday in the gymnasium at Cardiff Central Youth Club (about a 35-minute walk from the SU – but lifts will often be available), offering sessions in Women's and Men's Artistic Gymnastics alongside strength and flexibility work.

SOCIALS

Our socials aren’t just about nights out – as a member you’ll have access to a full calendar of events. That means everything from our big wild Wednesday nights and themed socials, to sober ones like movie nights, team dinners, game nights and other relaxed hangouts during the week. Whatever your vibe, there’s always something to get involved in.

COMPETITIONS

As its our first year as a club, we’re aiming to compete in the University Gymnastics Cup (UGC) with the potential to compete in BUCS for the academic year of 2026/27 onwards. No matter your level, you’ll always be encouraged and celebrated here. In our most recent competition, we placed 1st and 3rd in women's novice, 3rd in women's intermediate and 1st in men's novice!

Cardiff Gymnastics is all about fun, friendship, and progress - so come along, get involved, and help shape our very first year into something unforgettable!
