Cardiff StreetDoctors is a voluntary group run by medical students who aim to deliver life-saving skills to 12-25 year olds at high risk of witnessing or engaging in violent crimes in and around the Cardiff area. We deliver sessions on how to manage an Unconscious person and how to manage Bleeding to young people from Youth Offender Teams, Pupil Referral Units, Education Centres…We will be running first aid sessions as well as organising fundraising events throughout the year to raise money for the StreetDoctors charity. The StreetDoctors charity is composed of 18 centres across the UK with one shared aim of teaching emergency life-saving skills to those in most need.
