Cardiff Pre-hospital and Emergency Medicine Society

Cardiff Pre-hospital and Emergency Medicine Society (PEMS) is a medical student-led initiative that aims to provide opportunities for healthcare students to explore this brilliant area of medicine.

We aim to enable interested healthcare students to access increased teaching and clinical exposure to Emergency Medicine. We run regular teaching sessions on various topics with guest speakers, small group emergency simulations and provide a wide range of learning resources through our social media channels.

If you are interested in EM or would like to learn more about it please become a member and come along to our events. We will have a number of teaching events throughout the year, including talks and simulation-based teaching.
