Welcome to the Cardiff University Meditation & Wellbeing Society! 🌿

Whether you're a seasoned meditator or just curious to begin, our weekly meditation sessions are designed to nurture your practice while connecting you with like-minded students. And the best part? Membership is completely free - just join the Guild of Societies to become a member.

Meditation offers a gentle path to reducing stress, anxiety, and depression, while boosting concentration and even enhancing your immune system. We believe that with a little mindfulness, the challenges of university life can become a little lighter, helping you to live with more calm, balance, and positivity.

This year, we’re excited to offer a variety of mindful experiences, including:
