Welcome to NHSF Cardiff Hindu Society! 🪷
Cardiff Hindu Society is all about creating a home away from home where students can celebrate Hindu culture, meet new people, make lifelong friendships and get involved in an amazing range of cultural, social, spiritual and charitable events throughout the year.
✨What can you expect? Our calendar is packed throughout the year, including some of our biggest annual events:
🪔Diwali Ball 💃🏽Navratri Garba 🎨Holi celebrations 🛕Aartis, bhajans and Sanskaar events 🏐Regional and national sports competitions 🎉Socials, games nights, dinners and collaborations with other societies and universities ❤️Sewa and charity events - giving back to both the Hindu and wider Cardiff community
Our main objectives are to create a home away from home, nurture Hindu values such as respect, unity and diversity, develop future leaders and role models, ensure Hindu representation across university life, support our wider community through Sewa, and most importantly, make sure there is plenty of fun along the way!
Come for the culture, stay for the community. ❤️
