Welcome to Cardiff University Film Society: the home for film lovers, aspiring film makers and all things film! We are a very active and diverse society who are always open to newcomers. We host regular events: we have a different events each week, from collabs with other societies, to cinema trips, screenings or just hanging out at the pub, and workshops about different aspects of film making and storytelling such as editing, narrative, and cinematography.
Besides this, we also take part in Nerd Varsity, an event that brings together all of Cardiff University's Nerdy societies in a big competition.
