ESN Cardiff (Erasmus Society) brings together students from Cardiff University, Erasmus students and International students, allowing friendships and understanding of different cultures to grow.
We hold weekly events during the semester, including Language Cafés at Ride My Bike Café with Languages for All, cultural events (such as Bonfire Night, Christmas and St David's Day) and pub socials to name a few! Our society also provides trips to other UK towns and cities so Erasmus and International students can enjoy other parts of the country for a reasonable price with other students. We aim to collaborate with a wide range of different societies to provide varied and fun events (in the past this has included quiz nights with Quiz Society and international bakes with Baking Society). Our committee is always open to new ideas so if you have any suggestions please let us know.
ESN Cardiff is for anyone who would like to get to know new people, practise foreign languages and learn about other cultures in a fun and sociable environment. We especially encourage home students who plan to do a year abroad to join as this is a great way to prepare for your Erasmus year.
***ESN Card Information***
All ESN Cardiff members are entitled to an ESN Card, we will be disributing these throughout the year so please keep an eye on our upcoming events. To recieve your ESN Card you will need to bring a passport sized photo of yourself to the collection. The ESN Card gives students great discounts such as:
- 10% off all food and drink at I Want to Ride My Bike Café, 26 Park Place (when you present a valid ESN Card)
