The Bullet Journal Society aims to bring people together around the passion of bullet journaling, which is something that allows for you to take a moment for yourself, to relax and create but also to focus and organise.
Keeping a bullet journal is a way of journaling that allows you to visualise where you want to go and who you want to be. It can take many forms to help you set goals : something as simple as lists, or as thought-out as collages, sketches, brainstorms, flow charts, habit trackers, project management.
It takes things that can organically be stressful, and turns them into something creative, positive and unique. It is a solution-oriented approach to dealing with everyday thoughts by putting them down on paper. It has been proved to be good for mental health and wellbeing because it makes people feel more in control of their emotions and everyday tasks. It combines planner, diary, art journal, sketchbook, all at once.
Whether you’ve been bullet journaling for years or have never heard of it but like anything creative and fun, feel free come along to one of our creative sessions (at least to have a cup of tea and a slice of cake)!
Membership price : £0, just bring your journal and supplies if you have any!
