Motion Submission Portal
The motion submission portal is designed for students to be able to submit policy ideas that are important to them.
The portal will be open from 10am on Monday 14th September to 6pm on Thursday 22nd October. Students are asked to read the Motion Submission Guidance and Procedure before submitting motions.
From 10am on Monday 2nd November to 6pm on Thursday 5th November students will have the opportunity to vote on which of the submitted motions they would like to see debated this year. The number of votes on each motion will determine the order in which they are considered, with the top four motions selected for debate at the AGM. Any other submitted motions which receive more than 25 votes will then be considered by Student Senate where it is within their powers to do so.
You will need to ensure you are logged in to be able to submit your motion and vote during the priority ballot.
Porth Cyflwyno Cynnig
Mae'r porth cyflwyno cynnig wedi'i gynllunio i fyfyrwyr allu cyflwyno syniadau polisi sy'n bwysig iddynt.
Bydd y porth ar agor o 10yb ddydd Llun 14eg Medi i 6yh ddydd Iau 22ain Hydref. Gofynnir i fyfyrwyr ddarllen y Canllawiau a'r Weithdrefn Cyflwyno Cynnig cyn cyflwyno cynigion.
O 10yb ddydd Llun 2il Tachwedd i 6yp ddydd Iau 5ed Tachwedd bydd gan fyfyrwyr y cyfle i bleidleisio ar ba un o'r cynigion a gyflwynwyd yr hoffent eu gweld yn cael eu trafod eleni. Bydd nifer y pleidleisiau a gaiff pob cynnig yn pennu'r drefn y cânt eu hystyried, gyda'r pedwar cynnig sydd â'r nifer uchaf o bleidleisiau yn cael eu dewis i'w trafod yn y Cyfarfod Cyffredinol Blynyddol. Yna bydd unrhyw gynigion eraill a gyflwynir sy'n derbyn mwy na 25 pleidlais yn cael eu hystyried gan Senedd y Myfyrwyr lle mae o fewn eu pwerau i wneud hynny.
Bydd angen i chi sicrhau eich bod wedi mewngofnodi i allu cyflwyno'ch cynnig a phleidleisio yn ystod y bleidlais flaenoriaeth.
