Hi! Welcome to Cardiff's Ultimate Frisbee Team :)

We're a hugely beginner-friendly club and sport, with no experience needed to start playing at a competitive level (including BUCS games/tournaments). 

Think a mixture of netball, touch rugby scoring, running, jumping and diving for the disc (if you want to!).

If you've played before, join us for a relaxed pre-season warm-up and to get to know the club.

Whatever level or commitment you'd like to play at, you'll be doing it in a genuinely supportive, encouraging, and fun environment!

Details:

The session will be held at Talybont 3G. If you're coming from the direction of the main Campus, enter Talybont North and follow the road round left past the Talybont Social Centre and the Sports Training Village. The pitches are at the end after the car park.

What to bring:

• Water
• Ideally one light and one dark top you can switch depending on teams
• Football boots/studded boots suitable for 3G if you have them, but no problem if not :)
