Hi! Welcome to Cardiff's Ultimate Frisbee Team :)

We're a hugely beginner-friendly club and sport, with no experience needed to start playing at a competitive level (including BUCS games/tournaments). 

Think a mixture of netball, touch rugby scoring, running, jumping and diving for the disc (if you want to!).

If you've played before, join us for a relaxed pre-season warm-up and to get to know the club.

Whatever level or commitment you'd like to play at, you'll be doing it in a genuinely supportive, encouraging, and fun environment!

Details:

The session will be held at the North Hall in the Talybont Sports Training Village.

What to bring:

• Water
• Ideally one light and one dark top you can switch depending on teams
• Trainers suitable for a sports hall
