This is the first of 3 Give It A Go sessions for term 2!
Just turn up in comfortable exercise clothes (or a dobok if you've done TKD before) with a water bottle!
A usual session will involve a warm up, stretching, kicking drills and patterns (for those who have done the sport before). We also do sparring fairly regularly.
Complete beginners are more than welcome! You do not have to have good cardio or flexibilty to join, this is all aspects you will work on with us, at the pace that is most comfortable for you.
