What to expect from this session:
Two groups meet outside the Fitness and Conditioning Centre on Sengennydd road at 2.30pm on Wednesdays. One group runs 5km at roughly 6mins/km and the other runs 10km at roughly 5mins/km. The aim of these sessions is to have a relaxed run, explore nearby routes, and get to know other athletes outside of training.
What to bring:
- Appropriate exercise wear
- Running/exercise trainers
