Meet at 5.30pm already warmed up, before an interval/speed session around Heath Park.
We meet on King George V Drive North (in the top corner of Heath park).
What to expect from the session:
This session will be run by James Thie, one of our endurance coaches. He will be there to answer questions and assist you with the session.
- These sessions are designed to improve you speed, endurance and form. We are entering a winter conditioning block over the next few months, so we aim to prepare any athletes who wish to compete in the cross-country season
- If you have never done interval/speed sessions before we would recommend attending Monday evening's session instead.
What to bring:
- Appropriate exercise wear
- Running trainers
- Water
- We will be outdoors, so bring a warm layer in case it gets cold
