Event Information

Join us for SOCSI's Christmas Ball as we bring the semester to a close with an evening of good food, great company and festive celebrations!

Whether you've been joining us at our socials throughout the semester or are looking for an excuse to get dressed up and celebrate with your friends, we'd love for you to join us for a December to remember.

What to Expect:

Your ticket includes a buffet dinner and welcome drinks, with music and plenty of opportunities to celebrate the end of the semester together. We'll also have a photographer joining us to capture the evening, so make sure you're dressed for the occasion!

Ticketing Information:

• SOCSI members: £26.00

• Non-members: £32.00

Tickets are limited, so we encourage you to secure yours early to avoid missing out! The sale for members will go live on Friday 23rd October at 3pm, and sales for non-members will go live on Monday 26th October at 3pm.

A Few Things to Know:

• Dress code: Formal / Christmas Ball attire. Think dresses, suits, smart outfits, or whatever makes you feel your best!
• Dietary requirements: Vegetarian and vegan options will be available. Please make sure to provide any dietary requirements or allergies when purchasing your ticket so we can communicate these to the venue.
• Alcohol: Although welcome drinks will be provided, drinking alcohol is absolutely not necessary to enjoy the evening. We want everyone to feel comfortable and included, and non-alcoholic options will be available. We encourage anyone choosing to drink to do so responsibly and respectfully.
• Photography: Photographs will be taken throughout the evening for SOCSI's social media and promotional purposes. If you would prefer not to be photographed, please let a committee member or the photographer know.

We can't wait to celebrate with you all and round off what has been a wonderful semester for SOCSI!

With love,
The SOCSI Committee ❤️
