Event Information

The first of our Give it a Go socials for the year will be a pub crawl around Cardiff City Centre, visiting some of the best pubs in the Welsh capital! Expect tasty traditional ales and ciders, as well as modern craft beers and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere to enjoy them. Whether you are already an ale and/or cider lover, or if you have no idea what "real" ale and cider are, come along to find out more and see if our society is for you! This will also be a great opportunity for freshers to explore some of the city centre and to make some new friends across all of the university years.

We will be meeting outside the Centre for Student Life, opposite the Main Building gates, at 7:30pm. From there, we will head off together into the city centre and onto the pub crawl.

This is a Give it a Go event and is therefore open to everyone, no society membership required. If you are planning on attending, please grab a free ticket on this event page and follow the link below to fill in the Google Forms signup sheet. This is to help us keep track of how many people to expect at the social so we can plan the crawl accordingly.
