Ever wanted to speak French but froze the second someone said "Bonjour" ? (Same.)

That's why the French society is offering you  a relaxed, low-key space to practise your French through everyday scenarios (ordering a coffee, asking for directions, surviving a dinner party). 

All levels welcome, beginner, only did a-level, fluent … you name it. 

No pressure, just chat. And if you'd rather just listen to start with, that's completely fine too.

The plan is , you'll have the chance to ask questions, either out loud or anonymously on Mentimeter. Then you'll get to put it into practice with some real conversation. There will be the odd grammar point, but this isn’t a formal class we will try not bore you too much.

Open to everyone, members and non-members. We'll chat about what you want from the club and take your requests for future topics.
