Full payment must be made from 48hrs of booking, after this period has elapsed if full payment hasn’t been made we may delete your booking. We apologise, but it is not possible to amend or cancel orders, once placed. Refunds are only available if we cancel the event, postpone, or significantly change our offering. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please tell staff on arrival if you an have allergy. Unfortunately, we are not an allergy free kitchen & regularly use a number of ingredients throughout our commercial areas, because of this all dishes may contain traces of any of the 14 allergens. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your booking. All bookings are strictly 18+ and guests must have a valid ID with them.
