Join Cardiff University Gymnastics Club for our Wednesday 2-hour gymnastics training sessions at Cardiff Central Youth Club (CCYC) Gymnasium!

Our sessions welcome gymnasts of all abilities, whether you're a complete beginner looking to try something new, returning to gymnastics after a break, or an experienced gymnast wanting to develop your skills.

With access to a fully equipped gymnastics facility and British Gymnastics qualified coaches, you'll have the opportunity to work on a range of apparatus, develop new skills and improve your strength, flexibility and technique in a fun, supportive environment.

All attendees must hold a valid CUGC Full OR Flexi training membership and book their place in advance. Spaces are limited and slots are first come, first served.
