Event Information

Our 2-hr GIAG sessions will be held in CCYC gymnasium. Plenty of people will be walking and some members will be able to offer lifts, please join our WhatsApp groupchat for more details! Make sure to wear appropriate clothing and take all jewellery out. The GIAG will consist of a warm-up, basic lines, you'll then have a chance to experience different apparatus and we will finish off with an open-gym period for you to have a go on any piece of equipment!
