It's finally here! After around 7 months of planning, we bring to you the CUVS Charity Concert for Arthritis UK! We've been working really hard on preparing this event, and it's a cause very close to my heart so please come, bring your friends and give your money to help this wonderful cause! All of the profits will go straight to Arthritis UK, with half of it going to the charity's YPFS group which helps young children like my sister who suffer from Juvenile Arthritis. You will need a ticket to enter! On the day you will be asked to show your e-ticket at the front door of Y Plas. Where: Y Plas, SU 2nd Floor, enter through the SU entrance on Park Lane (go up the big stairs next to the Centre for Student Life. We will have people giving entrance directions) Timings: - Doors open: 15:30 - Doors close: 20:00 - Pre Show - local acts perform for us!: 16:00-17:15 - Cosplay Contest - open entry with sign ups on the day for anyone with a cool cosplay to come and show us! Top 3 win prizes: 17:15-18:00 - Main show begins: 18:20 - CUVS Band - a band of Vocaloid Society membes (including me, your wonderful President): 18:30-19:00 - VocaFest - they're coming, and they're bringing their holograms: 19:30-20:45 - [secret event??]: 20:45-21:00 - End: 21:00
