Event Information

Gather your friends, and grab your togas because it's gods and goddesses time! It's the ANARC tradition but with a heroic heracles twist. There are prizes to be won, so will your team go the distance?

Gods and goddesses is a mix of a scavenger hunt and a pub crawl. We will meet at the Owain Glyndwr, before sending your team of up to six on a quest to cardiff pubs, finding our hidden gods and goddesses, taking photos and completing challenges. There will be prizes for the fastest team, best costume and best photographs so it's all to play for! Are you ready to go from zero to hero?

Do i have to be a member to attend? Gods and goddesses is a GIAG style event, meaning no membership is required. However future events do require membership

How many per team? There is a maximum of six per team

What if i don't have a team? No worries, we can sort out a team when you arrive. Either come with friends or by yourself.

Do i have to drink to complete the challenge? No we never force anyone to drink alcohol at anarc. While we suggest you grab a beverage at the pubs you visit, this does not have to be alcoholic.

Do i have to dress up? Dressing up is not compulsory, but there will be a competition for best outfit so dress to impress if you wish to!

When will we receive our prize? I like your confidence! We will give out the prizes at the Owain Glyndwr, at the end of the event, so make sure to return to the pub once you finish or the time is up.

What if i just wanna hang out at the Owain Glyndwr? If you not in the mood for questing, you more then welcome to hang out at our reserved area in the pub :)
