Leadership Workshop: Growing into Tomorrow’s Leaders

Join us for an interactive workshop designed to help university students step confidently into leadership roles in the workplace. Together, we’ll explore key topics like intersectionality, imposter syndrome, and lessons from both modern and historical leaders.

Through engaging discussions and hands on scenarios, you’ll learn how to take initiative, speak up effectively, and navigate real workplace challenges, including what to expect in assessment centres.

Led by Tania and Phoebe, who’ll share insights from their placement year experiences, this session is all about growth, confidence, and authentic leadership.
