Touch Rugby is a mixed sport suitable for all abilities: from someone who's never picked up a rugby ball before to experienced rugby/touch players! If you want to try a new sport or are just looking to run around with a bunch of mates - Touch Rugby could be the sport for you!

In this GIAG, we’ll be working on some of the basics, how to create scoring opportunities and putting this all into a game! Don’t worry if you don’t have any previous rugby experience, we’ll split into different ability groups so everyone is at the right level.

Our GIAG sessions are both different, so please feel free to come to either/both! 

All of these skills will go into our Tuesday night social touch games plus twice weekly training leading into our regional and BUCS tournaments!
