Pancake Day? How about Pancake Week? Yes, that's right, Russians have a whole week dedicated to pancake eating. Last week of February is called Maslenitsa and it is a celebration of spring awakening. 

We are meeting on the last day of Maslenitsa to indulge ourselves with delicious Russian pancakes (you can even try to cook some if you want to!)
