Dermatology is one of the most competitive specialties across the world, however, it remains very underrepresented in the medical school curriculum. To help combat this and provide exciting opportunities for students, Cardiff University Dermatology Society would like to invite you to the First All-Wales National Dermatology Student Conference!
Student conferences are fantastic opportunities for students to learn more about a specialty and whether it is right for them. Throughout the event students will have talks from top dermatologists, including the President for the British Association of Dermatology, as well workshops aimed to generate interest and knowledge.

This conference is open to all students, both studying at Cardiff or at other institutions, and will be held in the University Hospital of Wales. The event is to be held face to face to help provide networking opportunities for attendees.
Two types of ticket will be released: one for members of Cardiff Dermatology Society and one for non-members. To obtain a discounted members ticket, one must first purchase a membership for the society.
Students will have the opportunity to present research both through poster presentations and presentations. Keep an eye out for our socials so you do not miss the respective deadlines!
