Strictly 18+. A valid student ID is required for entry.
Cardiff University students may bring one guest. Guests must present valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) together with a valid student ID from another institution.

Y Plas is one of the largest Students' Union nightclubs in the UK and home to some of the biggest student events in the country. Creating a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment is at the heart of everything we do.
As a not-for-profit Students' Union, we invest heavily in welfare, security, trained staff and venue safety measures so that students can enjoy their night with confidence.

Step-Free Access – Y Plas has step-free access via the lift outside the Centre for Student Life. Please speak to security.
Accessible Toilets – Step-free accessible toilets are available in Cwtch, Y Plas and the Balconi. These are accessed using a RADAR key, available from the Welcome Centre.
Emergency Evacuation – Evacuation procedures are in place to ensure your safety while taking individual access requirements into account.
Quieter Spaces – If you need a break from the event, quieter spaces are available in Cwtch and The Lodge.
